Surgery Stories
Is there any good stories in the archive that go into detail about the surgeries? It doesn't matter the topic pentectomy, nullification etc? I just like reading the details about the surgeries and the patients going through it.

There are quite a few stories: about human surgeons, and illegal cutters, about special devices and laser tools, about even fully automatic robots...
But these are all fantastic stories!
They sometimes describe in detail the operational actions, the results of the intervention, the rules of care and treatment ...
After all, the authors of such stories are interested, competent people with some personal experience, and some of them are even doctors.

Everyone is delighted, for example, with the saga "Boys of Blue Creek",
written by the author Paolo.
Here is a link to the first chapter
"The Blue Creek Home for Foundling Boys" :

Good is in the eye of the reader, ultimately.
If you can't find any stories on the EA fiction archive that work for you, I'd think you're not trying very hard.
There are plenty of stories there which go into the surgery and describe it, you just need to figure out which ones work best for you and save them to your favorites, which you can place 50 stories. Speaking of... I need to go edit mine. My list is full-up, and I have to curate it these days.
