New here and not sure what I am looking for

Post by Glamareford (imported) »

Hello long time lurker 1st time poster.

I have recently come out as non-binery and whilst I have had an interest in chastity / castration / penectomy / nullification for a while I am have come the realise that these were a part of my gender dysforia. I guess I have joined to read about other peoples experiences and help me to make a choice about what I want in the future.

I know my balls and penis will one day be gone but I am unsure if I want to be a nullo or have vaginoplasty to give me a pussy.

Welcome, and I really hope that your time here helps you figure out where you want to go in terms of future changes.

I'd just suggest that you be very hesitant and careful about doing any kind of chemical and especially any surgical changes until you are REALLY, REALLY sure about what you want, so that you don't block any options before you decide.... Basically, if in doubt, DON'T...

If you haven't, it may be worth trying to find appropriate therapy / support groups that can help you sort out your feelings in real time / meatspace... This forum is great, but online has it's limitations as well...

EA is a great place for diversity expression in the community as stated by many members. But also said by WheelyCurious to better understand what's realy inside your brain, a closer support may be the best to acheive what your really want to be. Of course it is not easy for everyone, some have insurance to cover psychological support others have to pay off their pocket and it's not short neither cheap. In the last four years with my sex therapist I can testify that she kind of save my life as I was thinking of going MtF. it appears that it was something else. My desire of transition was a misunderstanding of who I really am. I do still have some important questioning, I am not at the end still but on a better path for sure. We change in the course of our life but it is important to fully understand the consequences and the drives that are under and take one step at a time.

But also a word of caution. Don’t get too carried away when reading mostly positive posts about any of the topics of your interest.

My advice, and I did this myself. Whatever you decide will be best for you, do a trial run first, preferably twice, before doing anything permanent irreversible.

Reading your post it seems you have that figured out, stay with that decision.

Besides that, a warm welcome from me, you’ll find lots of knowledgeable people here.
