Remember, these are formulated by the author of the survey, if they do not see us as a gender, we won't get included. You could reach out to them and bring up the points you made here, then ask why eunuchs were not included.
Remember that this is NOT a survey about what gender the responders are in a medical sense - it does not ask anything about the hardware (or lack of it) in your underwear.

What it asks about is how the responders self identify, specifically what words they use to identify themselves....
The author goes into some detail in the full report about how he picks the identity words. In short to make the it onto the list of check boxes in the survey, a certain level of popularity is required. He also provides space for 'write-ins' of any words that didn't make the check boxes... He then counts those responses and adjusts the list for the next years survey. He has changed how he picks the list, but it used to be that a word needed to make it into over 1% of the responses, now it's the top 20 after applying an adjustment factor (which makes it harder)....
He provides a link to a spreadsheet with the raw data, with some stuff redacted to protect the privacy of the responders... I just looked at that, and 'eunuch' IS there... The data is on line #414. (out of about 1800) it was written in 16 times, which is 0.0% of the total responses. He gave an age split, 5 were under 30, which again was 0.0%. Us old farts that are 31+ did slightly better, with 11 responses, 0.2% of the total.... "Nullo" appears on line 1457, with 4 responses. "Castrated" was written in twice. I didn't spot any other relevant terms, if you want to search, go ahead and tell us what you found... (sort appears to be by # of responses, then alphabetical)
Given that, it seems totally legitimate that we were not mentioned...
So if you want us to appear on the list, the solution appears obvious -

every guy you know, and get them to fill out the survey next year....
