What does it feel like

Day 9 still limited to picking up 8 lbs. The doctor says the end of this week is the most risky for popping a stitch. You feel real good and over do it. DONT go golfing or even drive a car yet. Any major sudden pressure on your groin muscles could do it..as in slamming in the breaks or having the best drive of your life. Black and blue is fading in areas but still heavily present, still swollen just above the shaft. Touch pain where the actual cord stitches are is gone and I can’t really feel them any more. That areas brusing is almost all gone. My scrotum swelling is nearly gone and lots of loose skin. Where he made the center line incision still has pieces of the glue he used as the final closure stuck in areas amd I can feel where the interior stitches that haven’t dissolved yet are. Very small incision. looks like less than an inch. As far as my emtional side. Even though I just did my second injection of testosterone, absolutely no filling, even when I tried to “masterbate” and look at my old go to porn. It’s it soooo fucking emotional beautiful to be free from that addiction. Yes I miss it…but I know it will fad. A couple people found out and had some questions. It’s not as embarrassing to talk about as you think.

My experience will be different than most.

My balls were normal, until two bacterial infections caused severe inflamation and this stopped blood flow so they died.

Prior to this I had normal size, normal sensitivity testicles; after they were small hard and numb.

After a ultrasound scan the doctor recommended they be removed, so I accepted this.

They were removed from the scrotum, pain minimal, sutures removed about a week later, than a little more healing.

Once the healing was over it did feel very odd to have an empty scrotum.

Since my dead balls were very small anyway before the surgery I had forgotten many months ago what it was like to feel and enjoy normal size sensitive balls.

For me, the most challenging thing to deal with was that I was a gay male before surgery, even with dead balls, but a gay eunuch after surgery. I am still dealing with an identity crisis of sorts due to this.

Your experience may be different, just sharing, since you asked.

As a gay…we’re you a top or a bottom….are you on HRT? And I understand the identity crisis….I was very “male” sexual but 10 days into this new life….not sure…..

Day 11. By now my Testosterone level is probably around 120 from past testing from my THR shot. This assumes my testicals contributed no testosterone, which I don’t think was the case. Now that they are gone (damn the word permanent is sooo real) I bet my testosterone level is below 100. I seem to get more internally emotional and tear up on things, as in a feminine feeling. Still have black and blue near the end of my shaft and the black and blue marks where two areas where he made the cuts have almost totally faded. Still have glue where the center open was, which is slowly peeling off. No filling and if I do massage my shaft there isn’t a whole lot of sensation in there…like there used to be. I wonder if the black and blueing of the whole shaft last week has damaged some of the nerves. Scrodum skin burning sensation is almost totally gone. The empty scrodum feels so nice…no sensation or pain at all down in side there..none.. emotional I am sooooo happy. Don’t feel the need to try and masterbate, but I know I will…just out of curiosity. My wife is very happy for me. Says it’s the happiest she has seen me in a long time. Still limited to 8-10 pounds for another few days

Day 18…. All bruising is gone, but still can feel something on my left side pelvic region. Doesn’t hurt, but it’s there. The stitched area stills itchy and also there. My scrodum is totally empty and seems to have started to shrink. It still has loose skin, but the doctor said it would shrink….and now I believe it will. Had no testosterone replacement now for about 10 days. I am very very emotional elevated but no way can I get an erection…I have tried to masterbate and after a very very long time , with up strokes only, I was able to ejaculate. It was very different. No major pumping and no feelings from my testicals. There was minimal clear fluid that dribbled out…my breasts always have been sensitive….I think they are more so now….I see the doctor on Monday….
