Blood work done and Anasthesiologist consol is done. Getting nervous….it is permanent

I can only agree, the days leading up to surgery, was nerve wrecking, at least it was for me. I remember waking up after the operation still dizzy from the anesthesia, I think my first question when waking up briefly, was “are they both gone?” the nurse supervising me, confirmed, both were taken out.

Hope your recovery will be less complicated than mine.

Has anyone in this group who is on testosterone replacement therapy ever use estrogen for a month or two to get sensitive breasts with no other real feminization?

It’s official I am now a Eunuch as of 1:17pm yesterday. Way more pain in the recovery room than I expected. I haven’t looked yet…still in a scrotal support with lots of Packing to keep upward pressure on my scrodum to put pressure in case there is any internal bleeding. The internal pain is coming g from high in my groin. It seems he only did one opening to remove both testicles. One of mine was barely distended so I assume he had to go deep into me to get to the top of it and tie it off before cutting. FYI. It’s a fucking beautiful feeling….emotionally

Thank you…28 hours later. Still major discomfort…lots of ice and swelling up hi on my left side, tight to my sac on my right side and at the incision point. The doctor called today to check up on me. He never stopped by the recovery room yesterday. He wasn’t surprised I was sore way up….said he likes to only make one opening…less risky and had to go real deep/high to get as much of the cord as possible…..he tells me to keep the scrotum support (jock strap) on with Pressure so as to keep on any potential bleeding. When I asked if that cord was any shorter than the other he said no…but couldn’t tell me why it never descended fully. Any way. Emotionally it is so surreal. If any one has any doubts….don’t …. Wish I had it done years ago when I first knew I wasn’t a crossdresser but just in the wrong body….to old now to fully transition…but want to persue breast growth…..

Well, you should be doing some sort of hormone replacement therapy to maintain your bone health and so on, Testosterone or Estrogen do the same things for health benefit, but using E will almost certainly give you at least some breast growth, and is a good start / base for any other stuff that may also help... (I'm not wanting it, but also don't want to be on T, so for me it's one of the downsides of E, but feelings about it vary...)

Hopefully the soreness will decrease over the next couple days, just be careful and don't try to overdo things.

I have been on Testosterone injections for about a year..thru blood work m6 GP recognized m6 testicals weren’t work8ng..sent me to an endocrinologist who got me on testosterone injections and then over to a surgical urologist who said…let’s remove them if you want….I did….and I have alway had very sensitive breast…..would love to go on E for a year or so so I get breast buds…then back to T…. Doc says the same thing. Don’t over due it…..don’t let my stitched cords have a reason to leak and fill your scrodum with blood.

Well, it would make sense to talk to your doctors about it, I don't know of any reason you shouldn't, but I don't have all your medical details (and I don't even get to play doctor on TV ) If they give a lot of pushback based on any sort of "your a guy and guys should be on T" routine, you might need to talk to a more TG friendly doc, but hopefully that won't be an issue...

I like the patches that I use, injections are also a pretty good option and both are pretty safe. Most don't recommend oral E because it has more health risks and needs higher doses to be effective. I don't know about the idea of switching back to T, I haven't seen many that have done that.

Been 48 hours. Still very swollen and some pain. Emotionally very high….I am starting to see some brusing on my shaft but it’s strange. When I was soft I was about 4-4.5 inches and hard about 6.5. Haven’t had an erection yet…it doesn’t seem to even want to fill…and even though there is some swelling…I am very small down there…less than 3 inches…it looks pretty ….. my sac is pretty swollen and has some fuild in it. It’s hard to see the testicles are gone unless you feel for them…very spungy It’s only been a short time…but wow….it’s such a different feeling to life……still have a sex drive….but I am willing to bet I can’t get an erection. Which makes my emotional a women and my wife loves the new ..lesbian love we have.lots of kissing….
