As I asked about the nullo option, people recommended I get a orchiotomy and see how it feels.

Is there any other way to get rid of erections altogether? I tried chastity cages and it doesn't really stop it.

I don't have a lot of experience here in the EA and others will have more information to share. About the chastity cage I had a lot of search in the recent years and experience it a little. From what I read it seams that it could really make you impotent but in the long run. This said it depends of many factors, your age, the strenght of your fantasms and erection and many others. From what I saw in testimonies some acheive this state of no more erection after a year of "confinement" some after two or three years and some others are still mildly capable after even more years. Therefore it's very variable and trying this way need a lot of patience with a large amount of some torture with a not so sure journey's end.

There aren't any drugs that reliably stop erections alone; there are chemical castration drugs which use various mechanisms to decrease testosterone and that will reduce the erections you experience. Lupron and similar drugs are the most effective but also most expensive; other options include depo-provera and cyptoterone/Androcur.
