Re: Minimum effective dose of Cyproterone research
From posts here, there seems to be a fairly large variation in reported doses, it's a "YMMV" thing.... That said, Cypro is hard on the liver and has other unpleasant side effects, so it is best to take the lowest dose that works.\
At least some posters seem to get good results by starting at a fairly high dose for a month or so, and then reducing it to a lower dose (often 25 or even 12.5mg / day) It seems that it takes more to get T production shut down, but once it has stopped, it doesn't take as much to keep it turned off....
Of course, if at all possible, it is best to have medical monitoring, particularly regular T-level testing....
It is also worth noting that Cypro is NOT FDA approved, so is not used in the US... I am on a similar path to what you have in your profile, for not very different reasons... I am working with a local transgender clinic, which started me of with Lupron shots, which are decidedly effective at suppression, I'm now on Estradiol patches which seem to be keeping me at castrate levels, and waiting for the SOC 8 recommended 'test drive' period... My next appointment with the doc at the TG center is later this month and I hope to start discussing surgery then.

Re: Minimum effective dose of Cyproterone research
Studies have shown that estrogen alone can effectively suppress T in about 2/3rds of transwomen. Otherwise, results will vary but I can’t imagine that you would need more than 25mg/day if you have healthy E levels.

In my case Cyproterone acetat have had cancerogenic side effects. So I have to exclude this drug from any further usage.

The article's conclusion was that "We found that 25 mg of CPA daily was effective at suppressing testosterone levels to within normal female range when used in combination with recommended estrogen therapy in transgender women. "
Because my objectives were different from yours, I did end up taking 25 mg of CPA per day together with 10 mg of Tamoxifen as a sustaining dosage. After a couple of years, I stopped both medications. I was permanently castrated without surgery. And I have been diagnosed with hypogonadism, more than 10 years hence. So, i guess is that 25 mg should be adequate dose if you supplement it with estrogen or other female hormones.
