Well, we can't very well ask if they're right or left dicked, can we? Though I guess if the question is do you dress right or left it might be applicable.

Based on your comment, I remembered the following:

For men, the buttons on the jacket are on the right, and for women - on the left.

The man himself fastens using his right hand, and the women are helped to dress, for example, by the maid... .

What I meant by dressing right or left has nothing to do with buttons, but rather with which side of his trousers does a man tuck his manhood into. For you and I, an irrelevant question.
