Thanks Paolo :) so far got ice on my groin and binge watching Netflix - hospitals have improved since last time I was in one!

I am going to take this opportunity to remind users (especially new ones who might not know) DO NOT ask other VB Users for pictures.

And please do not harass manc through PM or email.

If you do, LT will get you.

And no one wants that.🍑👋

Generally, asking for photos, especially immediately after, is considered rude. I'm sure many are flattered by the interest but it would be polite to let them heal up and share what they want, when they wish to do so. Most of you asking for photos are simply sitting behind your screen wanking to such things, but the men who go through this surgery are usually in a significant amount of pain after the surgery. You'd probably not want that kind of a question if you were in their situation.

Remember, this is a fairly major surgery involving amputation of a rather large portion of the human male body. If you saw how much flesh is taken off a guy who goes from intact to nullo in one surgery (though Manc-Wannabe didn't do it that way) it's a huge piece... probably 2 pounds (1kg) worth, at least. That's not so easy to heal up from.

Just be respectful to folks who go through this and allow them to provide the material if and when they wish, and be appreciative should they do so.

Congratulations on achieving your goal in a safe and sane environment. I wish you well for a speedy recovery!

Just take it easy, follow your doctors instructions, allow your partner to do the heavy work the next few days, and concentrate on your healing process. The hard part is over.

🤘 :balsmilie Again, welcome to the club! 😊horn1:

Thanks. Very excited to be a member :) Doctors confirmed that he removed pretty much all the internal penis too, so I’m definitely size 0 now. On downside, having it removed, even with a painkiller IV Damn well HURTS. Still, worth it and looking forward to when the bandages come off. Also any computer games recommendations welcome - I’m a massive Civilisation series fan but I’m going to need more than that given I’ve got 8 days in bed ahead and I’m lousy at downtime.

Apologies for double post, but also Dr Aguilar has said my catheter will have to be in me for 20 days as I had a haematoma when I had my scrotum removed, and I’m a bleeder. As mentioned upthread, TSA will be fun on the way back lol.

From your description it's clear that removal of the internal penis is a very good approach for a beautiful smooth bottom. The one I supposed you have dreamed for. I envy you for the nice good look you'll have with tight panties. Take the time, take care, as it has been said from other with experience, the hard part is behind. Wish you the best possible recovery.

Just take it easy for a few days. I had some complications with my surgery as a bleeder showed up in the recovery room so they had to go back in and close that off.

Lots of bruising and quite sore/painful. After several days, I was able to disconnect the large volume bedside drainage bag during the day, but had to reconnect it it at night as there was a flip/flow valve on the outlet for the catheter.

I wound up wearing the catheter for about ten days, the last was the worst as I experienced some blockage. Evidently there was mucous blocking the catheter. I tried to get the staff at the nursing home to investigate the issue. I was not successful. When I contacted my Doctor, she said I could just remove the catheter and let her know if there were any other issues.

The nursing staff at the place where I was staying, refused to give me a syringe to deflate the balloon. So I found my pen knife and cut the arm off the the catheter. When the nursing assistant came back with a rather large guy who I had a HUGE argument with as he wanted to place a SPC, I finally let him try to pull water out of the inflation balloon of the Foley; he got nothing. At that point, when I told him I was going to remove the catheter, he threatened to have me restrained so he could replace the SPC catheter.

Being a retired Paramedic, I informed him that I was a conscious, adult male who was oriented to time place and being, that if he touched me again. I'd call the Sheriff and have him charged with assault.

It was only then that he looked and found out I did not have a SPC which was the usual course for patients from my Urology/Plastic Surgeon.

It all worked out in the end, but it was an expensive hassle. I finally flew home on the eleventh day with no catheter, but it was a long ride and another three weeks until I felt close to normal and pretty much resumed normal activities. The pain and discomfort/disability continued for about another six weeks.

Ouch!! That sounds like a very grim experience. I’m glad you were able to stand your ground.

So far, no major changes here. Pain is getting a bit better and I’m waddling around the hotel room a bit easier now :)
