OpenAI stories

Post by erikboy (imported) »

So, we have entered the era of AI's.

It is incredible how able this OpenAI is in writing short stories. I think in a very soon future it will be mandatory by a law to state at the beginning of any writing, whether it was written by a human or by AI.

It is actually very easy to use the OpenAI interface, as it understands human language. Just describe what type of story you like to have, how long it should be, and it is done faster than you can read. You can add details to make story more interesting or how things should develope.

Also, this AI is very capable of writing absurd stuff, so prepare to laugh after asking for nonsense stuff. Like "write a story about two boys playing xbox during japanese EDO era, eating rice, and drinking medieval coca cola"

I did not dare to do that, but I wonder how many castration stories that could create for our fun :)

If I know in advance that a fantasy story is created by artificial intelligence, I will not want to read it, despite all sorts of intricacies in the plot ...

I am only interested in the real feelings of the writer and his view of life, even in special fantastic circumstances.

What feelings?

After all, it's just a program: a set of algorithms.

Although someone once told me that a person is a set of programs :).

Please go and check it out :) It is truly very easy. The most difficult part is to open an account. You just need to tell what about the story should be, and it will be there in a second. If you describe "Write a sad story about a man loosing his best friend" You will get enough sadness in the story. Although, the lenght of the story is limited to 4000 letters. Still even as a short story, it will have its beginning culmination and end. EA library is full of such short stories.

Maybe later, when I finish reading the "Boys of Blue Creek" saga by the real writer Paolo (from the EA library).

It makes me wonder what it would do if I put the rough sketch (about 10 pages) of my planned 100-120 page eunuch/nullo "novel" into it.

Well, how so!

This is dishonest of you! :)

You recently promised to write this literary work with your own hands.

I'd still like to hope it's not AI and not give up reading assuming it's AI :).

It would probably be about as successful as your AI art attempt at "eunuchs on the moon".😄
