What do you think would of being the most painful way to being castrated in the past and now in present ?

Then again, without the use of anesthesia, other than the reported use of wine (intoxication) or opium/other drug use, I'd imagine that any method in the past would have been quite painful. And still would be today. The bits are quite sensitive, you know, unless you're afflicted with some degree of nerve damage already.

The film is about the prohibited use of growth hormones on cattle by farmers with ties to organised crime "hormone mafia".

Jacky is a thirty-something angry lonely man with a muscular physique who is addicted to steroids.

20 years ago, Jacky and Diederik were childhood best friends. Jacky's dad, also a cattle farmer, dealt with the mafia and brought the boys along to a deal. Jacky fell in love with Lucia, the daughter of one of the mobsters, whose intellectually disabled brother Bruno tried to prostitute her.

Jacky's dad takes the boys home, but they ride their bikes back to see Lucia, only to be caught by Bruno.

Bruno forces Jacky onto the ground and his friends gather around as Bruno smashes Jacky's testicles with two rocks, castrating him.

Disgusted, Bruno's friends abandon him and Diederik leaves as well. When Diederik's father, another cattle farmer, finds out, he forbids Diederik from talking to the police, as it could ruin their connections with the mafia.

Jacky is forced to begin injecting testosterone, or he will never go through puberty...

What i was think was the way they did castration in early times

I mean most types that they did historically where either quick or done with heavy pain killers [rum, opiums ext] to reduce the risk of shock.

As for most painful, I would keep the two rocks but instead of smashing, slowly grind them to extend the pain [god I havent had nuts in a long ass while and thinking about this still hurts]

I’m guessing any method where the external shell of the testicles or the cords are impacted multiple times. I’ve been skewered many times and there is no real pain at all from inside the balls.

Weights and plates. Weights to drag the cords down lower and lower, plates to compress the testicles flatter.

It seems to me any thing introduce to exposed testicles would be most painful. Ernie of Maine
