Thank you for admitting me on this forum.

I'm a 58 year old male and for the past 5 years considering to undergo surgery to have a castration and a penectomie and then to continue my life as a nullo. I hate the word nullo since I believe that without my penis and ball I remain somebody.

8 years ago I decided to go for full celibacy and since then my penis is caged 24/7/365 I haven't experienced an orgasm since then. My dear wife fully supported this decision and we live a life without sex however much more intimate as many relations where sex is part of the dynamics.

We have had long conversations about our lifestyle and we're both absolutely certain that we will never go back to a relation with sex. Since 5 years the question occurred what the use of genitals are if you don't use them. We started discussing castration as an option where we finally wondered what the use of a penis is where this will not be used. My wife understands my feelings and since lite ove 2 years she asks herself the same question, what is the use having

a vagina herself if not used. She is now closed with labia piercings.

6 months ago we decided that I will undergo surgery and she will do the same. In January we will fly to Thailand where are some great plastic surgeon, we both think k.that it needs to be done perfectly. When there we will discuss the possibilities for her to get surgery. Unfortunately you.can find a lot of information about male nullification but hardly about female nullification. If we find a surgeon that can perform the surgery on her we will fly back in June for her to undergo her nullification surgery.

I feel blessed that we can make this step together and I can hardly wait for my surgery. 2 more months and we're there. And back home I will have reached my goal. She really hopes she can also be nullified but we een some more research on this.

We hope we can like-minded people on this forum both men and hopefully also women that have had surgery.

Welcome from a male nullo. I use the word nullo without shame as I take it to only mean a male who has had his external male flesh removed, and not as something derogatory or sinister. However, I respect your view of the word as applied to your own situation.

As you will be having your penis and testicles removed, and your wife also wishes a female version of this, will she be undergoing a hysterectomy/ovary removal herself if she is able to have surgery similar to yourself?

There is a supportive group here and we're happy to answer questions, though expect most answers to be related to your surgery and not your wife's. While we welcome all here, it's rare we have females in the forums, so I'm not sure how helpful we can be for her situation, but yours we can most definitely help answer questions.

I like the term "nullo" and I consider myself one of those people.

(True, much earlier I learned what this word means in a political sense .

Lack of genitals of did not affect my personality negatively at me.

About female nullification:

In my opinion, women are so perfect that they do not need such modification.

We had indeed already understood that the procedure is much more invasive for a woman, which is why we first consult with doctors who (can) perform this operation.

@Valery-v, for us nullification is not about disliking the body, for us it's removing parts we don't intend to use and as a mutual commitmnet of living a sexless life.

Welcome from another male nullo. My surgery was 3 years ago this month and I've been super happy. While I'm not married, I am very non-sexual and having this surgery was a commitment to my non-sexual lifestyle in much the same way as you describe. Congratulations on your decision and best of luck in obtaining what you need. It really is comfortable to have smooth skin down there. It's becoming more common and that is needed.

.I'm really counting the days to my surgery, we found a good plastic surgeon that's well experienced. There will be little scarring and the uretra reroute will be just a small hole. I've seen some horrific looking scars and big openings to pee. I can't wait to get rid of my "junk".
