Balantis and Balanoposthitis issues

I have been suffering from an occasional reddening of my penis tip and the foreskin that surrounds it. At first I thought I was grinding my bed at night, until I read about two posible issues.

I was curious if anyone else that is not on hormones has or had flare ups of either Balantis or Balanoposthitis? I know that when you have foreskin that your body produces an oil under that skin to keep the penis head moist. I am curious if without testosterone that the body doesn't understand when or how to produce that oil?

Would love to hear other people's opinions on this.
