Hello, I am wanting this as I am ready, our sex life is next to nothing and my drive is about that, plus ED acting up, I would really like this urge every now and then gone, once and for all, whether she likes or approves is not a concern. They are mine to do what I want, my choice I will deal with the consequences ut its my choice, been on my mind for years honestly.

If this is the case, I'm not sure how we can help you. I mean we can give advice and opinion on what it means to be castrated, but it appears the decision has been made. That's fine, I'm simply having difficulty understanding how we can best help you.
