Permissions issue on the forum

After recent change of permissions (that anyone must be registered to view the forum), the current section (concerns about registering) is not accessible to anyone who does not have a functional account, which is kinda counterproductive.

I found out about it, while investigating the issue about registering and story access from someone in the chat.

I'd say it would be beneficial, if access to this section will be restored to unregistered users, so I can refer people here, if they have account/access issues?

But if you try opening it in "private mode" (which will open it without logging in) - it refuses to open, showing login prompt
