UK based doctors

Post by bl4ckr0s3 (imported) »

Maybe im just bad at searching but i cant find any doctors in the UK that are willing to do castration without a long wait list or have to go through tedious therapy that honestly i'd rather not deal with and have to discuss

Does anyone know any doctors to help with seeking castration in the UK

I've never understood this I don't want therapy, just cut my testicles off and be done with it, point of view.

If it's the hoop you have to jump through... Just jump already! You can either lament the system, and stay intact and wanting castration, or you can work with it and eventually reach your goal.

With the upcoming SOC8 which address men like us, it will likely get easier, and at an earlier point in your life than I had my surgeries.

Nobody is doing this here in the UK right now --- and I am having problems accessing surgery even for testicular pathology & pain. We really are holding out for the WPATH SoC v.8. It should help everyone seeking orchidectomy including medical cases like me, because at present the medical paradigm is that orchidectomy implies feminisation, and so is seen as a damage. The more realistic/complex the picture is in law/regulations, the more diversity and liberty will likely be possible across the board.

When I am in better health I want to continue campaigning around this, likely via starting up community events and socials in the UK. The greater visibility and coherence the community has, the easier it will be to demand our rights.
