Scrotum Removal

Post by Qunuch81 (imported) »

Hi everyone, I followed Blondboyless's thread about his scrotumectomy (scrotectomy?) with interest. I've had an empty sac for the past 7 years and feel I might be happier without it. It didn't occur to me until recently, but I think I'm dysphoric about the scrotum. It feels like something's been left half done. Even though I don't intend it to be read this way, I feel like my empty sac is camouflage, hiding my eunuch status. I feel like a man with no balls rather than a eunuch, if that makes sense. If you've watched "To Wong Foo" think about the difference between being a drag queen and being "a boy in a dress," LOL.

Anyone else get the scrotum removed separate from the orchiectomy because of similar feelings? How did you feel after doing it?

Why not just finish the job entirely and be done with it?

Aside from the personal factors that you are well-acquainted with, I actually haven't been feeling the urge that strongly lately, which is just as well.

I had the scrotum removed when castrated and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I am on TRT and had been for some 10 years before castration, I have not noticed any change in performance or function, actually better and more enjoyable than when I was in my fifties, I am now 74. I love the look and feel, I am sure that having an empty sack would not be near as enjoyable.

I was castrated in April 2021, and by the beginning of this year was MORE than ready to have the scrotum removed. It was mainly for comfort - I had a lot of scrotum plus scrotal webbing that ran up the underside of the penis. But I also had the strong desire that I just wanted to be smooth down there! Fortunately I am in Southern California, and have easy access to Dr Aguilar at MTGC in Tijuana, and they were able to get me in late May. I am over-the-hill happy with the result, and with the fact that I have ZERO reminder that I ever had balls down there :).

Smooth look is so much better I had to wait to get mine removed for a year but I got what I wanted in the end.
