error message

when i try to login in eunuch.org personals, i get a error message.. maybe someone in here knows what could be wrong>? This is the message:

License data does not seem to match your account settings. You may verify and reissue your license in your client area on the "my products" page. Please remove all files under "includes/cache" folder if you reissue your license. (error code #7).

This happened quite some time ago, and there a couple of threads addressing it.

In short, the company cut off support for the software without warning, thus it stopped working.

We have yet to find a suitable replacement for a reasonable price.

thanks.. very kind of you to reply. I sincerely hope i can soon log in again. Do other members have this same problem ? or did they find a way to work around it ?
