Is injecting my balls with alcohol spray sanitizer safe?

I would suggest saving up and going to a real surgeon. Injecting something into you can have unforeseen complications and dying is not worth it. As you saw in this thread, you can have the best of intentions but one mistake could have left you blind, with organ damage, or even suffering from organ failure and dying. There are other options that will ensure your survival.

I just had my scrotum removed by a cosmetic surgeon a week ago. While it was supposed to be a simple day surgery there ended up being some major complications. Had I gone to a cutter for this “simple” procedure I might have easily died due to complications. Please be safe and do this in a setting where they have all the tools to help you should things go awry.
