Help needed. Depo provera not working
50 year old white male. Ive been on depo provera a few times and had moderate success. This time Ive take two shots a week for 3.5 months and it just isnt doing anymore. I cant take spironolactone tablets, they make me crazy. They mess Me up. Anything different I can take or combine???? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your messages.

You are taking two 150mg injections a week and it’s not doing anything? I’d seriously consider if your source is legitimate because that much should be more than enough and then some.

In a small study of sex offenders, 18% reoffended while on 400mg/week and side effects are many. Maybe you should go for surgical castration and bank some sperm. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1421556/

Re: Help needed. Depo provera not working
I've had a duff batch from Inhouse as well.
Sex offenders get their medications through official channels, ie. the prison, probation and health systems. If it doesn't work for them, it's because they were the wrong candidates for the treatment. When people self-medicating on the black market get drugs that don't work, it's because they're fake.
It's a pity; Goldpharma used to be reliable and cheaper and more discreet than IHP, then they started peddling junk. Now IHP has gone the same way. Could be that they can't get hold of genuine medications anymore, so they keep their business going (for a while) by selling fakes.
