I’m a 28yo male from China. I first heard the word eunuch when I was still in elementary school, and I have been intensely interested ever since. I looked up a lot of information to learn more about eunuchs. After I entered puberty, I began to have strong fantasies about having my penis removed. I fantasized about having my penis removed by someone I liked.I believe that by having my penis removed I would become a better man instead of being a slave to my sexual desires.I also fantasized that after having my penis removed I could stay naked for all to see, encourage people with the same fantasy.

Castration played an important role in the development of ancient China, but with the development of the country there are no one around who are interested in it. Therefore , I lack the the way to learn knowledge about penectomy and I am afraid that I will not be able to adapt after the surgery, so I hope to learn and meet some new friends in this forum.

It depends on the individual, so it is not a yes or no answer, but in general it is possible, speaking of own experience.
