Cimetidine for Shrinking Penis and Lowering Libido

As of today I am back on cimetidine. Unfortunately, I recently did an alcohol injection to both testicles, so it will be hard to say if I'm getting an effect from the cimetidine or the alcohol, but I am hoping that my package tightens up like it did the first time I took cimetidine.

Do you notice anything different from your first dosing?

Since my last post on 2/7, I have not stopped my Cimetidine. Although my genitals had shrunk significantly and I am permanently castrated from prior use of Androcur (on and off for 4 years, and then stopped since 10/2009), on Cimetidine, my genitals has become a bit tighter. The shaft seems to have gotten a smaller girth. However, the shrinkage doesn't seem permanent. If I pull it out of its tucked position for showers, it doesn't shrink back to the tucked position automatically.

One thing I noticed is a further lowering of libido. I couldn't get myself off. And I don't have any urge to do so.

I have followed this thread (and this topic) for some time. I have noted is that the posters who say that Cimetadine dosing works are adding it onto other things they are doing to lower T and cause feminization.

Has anyone tried it in isolation? What were the results? I would love to be absolutely tiny down there, but I don't want to break what's working

I think I may be the only person using it in isolation. When I am on Cimetidine everything tends to stay tighter and I have a slight decrease in sex drive, but so far those are the only effects that I have gotten from this medication. I have considered that maybe I need to have lower T for it to work as desired, but am going to continue testing this medication for the time being.

As of today I'm trying it. I have a lot of symptoms that suggest I may have an ulcer, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try it. My wife has been asking me to take something, and so here I am today. Took two about an hour ago, and will take 3 more between now and bedtime. Penetration sex is not an option for us anyway.

My T crashed in 2015 and 2016 due to work stress, and I lost 3/4" of penis length during that time (down to 4.5"). Androgel for six years has kept my T at the bottom end of normal, and has shrunk my testicles to smaller than grapes. My thought process is that if it can shut off T and erections for people who already have low T, this might work for me.

I'll report my results here, if there are any.

Two days ago, I completed my second cycle of cimetidine therapy. And this time it was the same as last time that my penis was reduced by about 5 mm. For now, the rule is that my penis shrinks 5 mm after each cycle that lasts 12 days. I would not mind it being like that in the future. I ordered a new tour of cimetedin. This time Amazon's brand. It is cheaper than equate. According to the composition, I concluded that both brands order from the same manufacturer.

I had some low-level aches in my balls this morning. This afternoon, I had an issue where my insurance doesn't want to cover my Androgel. I'm going to ration what I have left until it's sorted.

Today at work, I could feel that things were "retracted."

Day 3 is in the books. Morning Wood was there, things are still functional, but "Package Reduction" when not aroused IS a real thing. I may need to pee sitting down at work.

My stomach is still jacked up, but in a different way, so the NOMINAL reason for the Cimetadine is still justified. It's with my other meds and not in the kitchen so the bottle emptying in less than two weeks shouldn't be noticed.

Insurance hasn't budged, so my one source of T is gone for now.

Today is my third day. I got a Walgreens brand of Cimetidine from ebay for like 10usd a bottle and taking 1000mg a day. I'll probably wait until this bottle is done to share my progress but I'll be checking back to see how you're doing, spookibus.

Day 5. Package still tiny when not aroused. My libido actually seems to be up, including spontaneous erections, which is unusual for me.
