In Europe it is not OTC, I found out Cimetidine 800mg tablets are prescription only in Germany and there is an online pharmacy, which can sell it but it is not cheap, it is 70EUR for a pack of 100 tablets and very expensive (35EUR) shipping fee. In the end it seems more reasonable to buy Androcur.

Studies I read stated these results were obtained from prescribed doses of 800-1,600mg. I tried 800, 1000, 1600 and 1000 seemed to be the magic dose for me. 800 didn’t work that well. 1,600 was overkill and the absolute top end limit. That much is risky and economically wasteful. 1,000 seemed to be the sweet spot for me.

I think today is day 5 of my trial. Unfortunately I did not take any measurements, so I can only comment on my perception. So far it looks as though everything stays smaller and tighter during the day, but I can't tell if there has been any loss in size for the testicles or the erect length. I will report back at the end of my trial.

Thanks for the help! I am halfway through my 12 day supply. If I don't experience any issues, I think I will take a 3 week break and then do another 12 day treatment.

I took my last dose yesterday and I can't say that much has changed. My package has stayed tighter over the last 2 weeks, but I don't think that my testicles have decreased in size (I traced their size before starting). I'm curious to see if anything changes over the next month. If not, I will try once more

It’s hard (for me) to measure testicles. I just know mine are smaller.

I’m about to finish a 60 count bottle and I’ll continue with another right away. I recently bought a 3-pack, so I’m going to keep dosing for a while. My package is tight and compact and I’m loving it. Granted, I dose estrogen too, so I’m sure this further helps my atrophy.

In my original dosing programs, after my first two sessions with extended breaks, I did recover most of my size. After the third session and subsequent ones, I did not and the reduction was steady from that point onwards.

I read a study stating vitamin B-12 would reverse the effects of Leydig Cell Apoptosis from Cimetidine. Whether it will or not, I personally don

’t know. That’s just what I read.

I did some Googling on this topic and did find several studies that showed B12 reverses drug induced damage to Leydig cells. However, as for myself, I had been permanently chemically castrated with Androcur, all the while I have been on high B complex, including B12. Now, about 12 years after stopping Androcur, I remained castrated. My testicles continued to shrink, even though my B complex 100 continued.
