This is YMMV to an extent, but anyone have a ballpark (ha) on how long it takes for a eunuch's penis to shrink if he goes off T? And if he goes back on T, does the penis end up regaining its former length once the erections start up again? Am thinking it'd be nice to lose an inch or two if that's possible without surgical intervention.

I think a few here who are gelded tried this method. I am unsure their results. Maybe minimal. From what I gather, Cimetidine mainly renders the testicles useless and will atrophy the penis that way. FWIW, I used to be very well endowed. I had very large testicles. Now they’re the size of grapes and my penis is the size of my thumb.

This is also most likely in association with four years of herbal estrogens and 18 months of pharmaceutical estrogens with the intent of growing breasts. While thankfully I never got a feminized face, I was able to attain a nice set of C-cup sized breasts that I adore.

I just purchased another three bottles of Cimetidine. I’ve been on and off this program for a few years now, dosing 1,000mg a day for about two weeks, then a two week break and resuming the program until my supply is depleted. I’ll wait a few months and start again.

While it was my original intent to exploit the prolactin properties of the Cimetidine side-effects that make it the # 1 OTC drug for gynecomastia, little did I know at the time it’s side effects as a known testicular toxicant that reduces sex organ weights.

Just be aware of that going fwd and under no circumstances dose more than 1,600mgs a day because at this level liver damage is a possibility. FYI

I used Androcur and Tamoxifen on and off for 4 years. I stopped it in around 2009. Over time, my penis and testicles continued to shrink. There is no growing back. The penis has shrunk from 2.9" to barely 1" soft, if it does not tuck itself into my body. Hard shrank from 5.5" down to 3.5 inches. My libido is so low, I don't need to cum for as long as 3-4 months. Spontaneous erections are completely gone. Even after TRT (for fatigue, loss of bone mass), while libido returned a bit, erections are possible only with the help of Viagra, and they are too weak and short-lived for penetration. I learned to enjoy my soft and small penis.

Whether you will regain length depends on how long you were on Androcur or other chemical castration meds. When I took for just a month or so of meds and then stopped, there was hardly any shrinkage, and the penis size and erections returned over time. As I continued onto longer periods of the chemical castration treatment, size and erections took longer and longer or rest time to return, and especially erections became weaker and weaker. Eventually they all stopped to return even when I stopped the meds.
