I hadn't heard about MtE gender dysphoria before finding this board. Maybe that's what I have. I've never liked saying I was male but I'm definitely not female either.

According to many reports in here, chemical castration drugs can have a negative impact on liver and other internal organs. So in that sense, surgical castration seems logical, as it will be more healthy for you on the long run.

Have you had any breaks in all these years ? And
