Vomiting and intermittent torsions

You know it is really bad when you're waking up each morning choking on vomit... I went to my General Practitioner / family doctor earlier and reported the updated effects of my frequent twists. It turns out this is quite a normal part of intermittent torsions that are this bad. It all needs thrashing out with hospital consultants though. For now I have anti-nausea tablets.

Anyway, does anyone else have experience dealing with this kind of nausea from ball pain? -- Just a call out for wisdom, solidarity and so on.
