Small Breasts are Beautiful

A family member correctly guessed that I'd transitioned, complimenting my "beautiful" breasts. He was simply being supportive. I continue to present as male, but my boobs give me away, especially when my fully-developed nipples show through a shirt. My breasts fill my hands and are just wonderful to touch and caress, even in the absence of sex drive. I actually feel lucky that they're on the small side and I don't need a bra. It's the best of both worlds.

Another thought: There are a lot of women with breasts that most would consider small or even tiny, but nearly all are beautiful. More importantly, nearly all are perfectly adequate for their biological purpose of proving sufficient milk to nurse an infant. In our hypersexualized society, it's useful to think about that fact. I'm thrilled to know that, given the appropriate hormone therapy, my breasts could lactate and I too could experience nursing. There are quite a few people born male who find pleasure in maintaining lactating breasts. It's considered a kink by some, but for me it would probably be a spiritual experience that would confirm my feminine identity.

They will grow in time if the hormone therapy is continued. You can't stop that. On the other hand there are many men with man boobs. Of which it bothers a good number of them. You truly have in my humble opinion the best of both worlds. Enjoy

Why not make yourself available as a wet nurse?

I'd love to experience lactation and breastfeeding, but it seems to take a lot of work and a lot of hormones to make it happen. Don't think I'll go there.

I think mine have reached their peak potential. I’ve got enough E2/PG to last me until January, and then I think I’ll cease dosing. I really haven’t made any noticeable gains in a year, and I have no intention of transitioning. I do have a sizable quantity of MSM, Collagen, Vitamin C & D3 on-hand that should take me into next summer.

Hopefully I’ll see some more gains, but I’ve been growing them for six+ years now, and I think growth has tapered off. There is no mistaking them in a t-shirt, but they’re somewhat concealed in button plaid shirts. I wish they were more bigger, but they’re a nice size on their own.

One thing is for certain sure, is that they feel amazing. So, I’m loving my boobs.

I already have boobs thanks to gynaecomastia and agree with you that they are amazing and I love mine too! I'm rather overweight at the moment but they were quite noticeable when I was slim to the stage where I could only use the pool in a bikini or one piece.

Generally a male will end up a cup size or two down from their close female family members, this was certainly the case for me as I was a 34D when slim and a 42B at the moment. For information I had consultations with plastic surgeons (girlfriend in attendance and very supportive) who told me to let hormones do their stuff then come back when they settled. One is a different shape than the other and I wanted to resolve that mainly. Modest implants are no issue but if going for the porn star look you may struggle in the UK. I am planning on having my operation in France to avoid all the BS that applies in the UK. I was offered implants through an incision in the armpits to avoid scars being obvious an option I'll be using bu6t, again, not viable for huge implants.

Whatever you decide on enjoy them boobs can be great.

I have lactated... recently .. and each time it was quite euphoric... just a few drops is all I can squeeze out but I have been taking domperidone for that exact purpose.

Lactation happens naturally after giving a birth. It is connected to estradiol levels, when during pregnancy they gradually rise up to 7000 pg/ml, then it suddenly drops. This induces lactation. I used to be on Estrofem, which I used subligually and sunddenly I switched to injections and stopped Estrofem completely. Three days later I discovered two wet spots on my T-shirt and had no clue, my breast became very tense and later I dicovered I was producing milk. Unfortunately I was still in the closet and it stopped after a week. Today I would certainly try and maintain it.

A friend of mine - also a trans girl - was planning breastfeeding a baby and her plan was to gradually increase injectable estradiol dose and at the end she would switch to pills to be able to simulate the sudden drop. Unfortunately she didn't get to that point.
