It is yet another example of how wonderful "standards" are, so they give us plenty to choose from.... 🙄 There are several ways of expressing the level which basically boil down to what units are used... Each way will have it's matching set of values that go with 'castration levels' that all pretty much are the same in terms of "how much T is (not) there" but this also means that a number without units doesn't tell us much that's useful...

However if you have the unit that goes with the test result, it isn't as confusing as it seems.
