Looking for reduction of libido due a radical prostatectomy
A few months ago I underwent surgery for radical prostatectomia. Since then I have erectile dysfunction. I would like to decrease my libido as much as possible. I don't care about the atropia of testicles at all but if going asleep all day. Does anyone know of medicines that can be purchased online?

I'm sorry to hear about your cancer diagnosis. You don't say what other treatments you had besides the prostatectomy. Sometimes chemo or radiation is also done depending on the staging of your cancer.
Treatment for metastatic prostate cancer can include androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). ADT is not always needed for PCa (prostate cancer).
I understand your question and your problem. Your prostatectomy caused nerve damage to your penis which has left you impotent. However, despite being impotent, you are still making testosterone which has kept your libido at the same level and you can't satisfy your desire.
Some people do buy ADT online and they even order blood work online and have the blood drawn at LapCorp or a similar place. They then get their blood results directly from the company that does the labwork on their blood.
I don't recommend this approach. A doctor can do all of that for you and has the medical knowledge to know what to test for, how often to test, and how to read the results.
If your prostate cancer treatment was only a few months ago, you still have contact with both the surgeon and your oncologist. Talk to them and tell them of your concerns. ADT might be medically available to you or they might have another solution such as an SSRI medication.
Your doctor can help you with this. More importantly, you deserve good medical care from a real doctor.
YMMV,

After my medical issue and seeing a Urologist for Orchalagia I have learned they have heard it all. My doc told me no sex for 4 to 6 weeks after surgery at all. I told him it would be an issue with my sex drive libido. I had a previous prostate TURP procedure years ago and was given a depo shot for similiar reason by that urologist now retired from the same practice. After hearing my story and answers the newer Uro agreed it’s not normal procedure to do so but would give me a depo shot. I ended up with two due a rescheduling issue.
My point is open up to your doctor treating your prostate issue about your wishes and ideas. If you have to r
Write down your issues why you want a reduced libido and make a logical well thought out discussion.

You might want to consider keeping the testosterone in order to heal up faster. Being anabolic, testosterone would probably help your body heal faster and promote tissue growth. Also, Dr. may want you to start stimulating your penis to start getting errections back as soon as possible, which also promotes penile rehabilitation. Maybe discuss these issues too with your Dr.
