Shrinking penis and balls

Hello, I'm young str8 guy of 24 years old living in franceand I'm actually looking for any technique to shrink my dick and also my testicules and be infretile but without surgery.

I don't like my penis like now It is 17 cm(6.7 inch) and thick.... i like to have it around 10 or 12cm(4 or 4.5 inche) and thin ...

And i read about injection and we have to do surgery at the end but i dont like to do surgery after.

So there any methods that could help me without surgery?

Im sure about my decision and i was thinking about it around 2 years before i will be sure that i wnt it.

Also for exemple if i do injection one or 2 time couls make me infretile but not need to remove my balls with suergery?

There any cream or spray for penis shrinking...

Im manly and i dont like to be feminine.

I do like something fast(not more than 5 month and permamnent....
