All,
Just a reminder that at the bottom of every post is an Icon that allows you to "Add to this user's reputation". The Icon is star-shaped. Click the icon and the reputation dialogue box will open.
Add a small note as to why you are adding to the member's reputation and click the "Add to Reputation".

All,

I think I should have pointed out that you should do this when you think the post, in fact, does give the member a better reputation. Sorry about that.

Hey @V_V
If you want to see a member's reputation, hover above the green line below their member name on a post and a popup box will tell you their reputation.
The "Add to user's reputation" can be clicked without fear. If you were to click it by mistake, you can just click somewhere else on the page and the box will go away. You have to first type a sentence as to why you are adding to their reputation and then click the "Add to Reputation" button.
HHTH,
TMFL
