Re: My first nulloversary :)
Hello dear ones, my name is Ralph Olbrich and I live in Germany. I wish myself eagerly a total penectomy and can understand your happiness very well . I would like to congratulate you most sincerely. I am 56 years old and since 11 years my testicles loose and since 10 years my scrotum. This was done illegally at a cutter to the best. Now this stupid penis is still dangling around and you can't get rid of it that easily. I have tried in the context of a 18Monatigen therapy to get the necessary Documente unfortunately unsuccessfully. Now I want to go to San Francisco after the pandemic and of course I have a lot of questions. But first of all hello and a fantastic weekend wishes Ralph
PS I have this translated automatically because my English is terrible

Hallo Sebastian.O,

Hello Sebastian.O,
You are pursuing your nullification much the same way as I did. I will not fault you for how you were castrated, am glad to hear you will be seeing the services of a doctor to have your penectomy.
What questions do you have for all of us?

Hallo,

Hello,
I can only widely agree with LT, because you cannot help without questions. You can also get the necessary papers for a surgery in Germany, I am living proof of that. So either it wasn't the right therapist, or your motives for the penectomy are so far away from what a therapist with a clear conscience can approve of. But these are only guesses.

Re: My first nulloversary :)
Hi, yes thank you very much for your answers and comments, I find it not so easy to get an appropriate letter in Germany and the therapist has been a very good one and has a good reputation Germany wide. I had honestly originally assumed that the fact that I no longer have testicles simplifies the possibility of surgery. The physical consequences are much greater than with a penectomy. My family doctor knows about everything and she also supports me. She also prescribes the necessary testosterone to prevent osteoporosis. After my therapist did not issue me the letter, I considered traveling to India for a short time, but I discarded it for various reasons. On the one hand, it is bad that people from rich countries travel to India to be operated on first class with low costs and the own population is medically undersupplied and on the other hand, it was somehow too adventurous for me. Now I have found out that in San Francisco exactly such a surgery is possible and I have made a request to Align Surgery as well as to Dr. Davis and unfortunately I do not get an answer. Maybe it is because of my bad English and the automatic translation and therefore they do not consider my request serious. I have also clearly written that yes, the pandemic must first be awaited before I can travel from Germany to the USA. I would like to know if it is possible to get the necessary letters on the spot and how long I have to plan my stay in San Francisco and what the op would cost approximately. I will definitely have to save up for this for a while. Maybe in the USA the fact that I no longer have testicles really simplifies things. It was a little crazy, on the last day of the session with my therapist, she told me clearly that she would not issue me the shrine and I told her that my urgent wish was unchanged and that I would therefore continue to try to have the operation. I find it really difficult that cosmetic surgery is not a problem at all and when we want to get rid of our penis and not just on a whim, but have dealt with it for years it is made so difficult. I am one hundred percent sure that I will be overjoyed when the penis is gone. I mean after that there will be visits to the doctor for other reasons, or hospital stays and then there will be whispering and laughing about the crazy one without genitals, I have also kept this in mind and remain rock solid with my desire. I look forward to your answers and wish you a happy weekend. Ralph

Sorry to hear about your story. Just a short answer, as I don't have much time at the moment. Do a Google search for "psychosomatische Medizin Mülheim". The first result should be more open to your wish, he wrote my letter. But his time schedule is also quite full, nevertheless I strongly recommend asking him.

This should make it simpler to achieve penectomy in either the USA or Mexico.

I'm surprised you have not received a response from Dr. Davis, he is usually very good at replying to inquiries. It could be your therapist letter situation, though I know he's provided consultation to those who have not had letters in the past, and has agreed to the surgery as long as the person gets their therapist letters.

As stated above, I think the fact you are already castrated will help you along with a US based doctor who is helping people. However, you WILL need the therapist letters.
The doctor in Mexico will nullify a man with informed consent, meaning no letters, or letters received in Mexico during your visit. This doctor is, in fact, nullifying someone I know today (May 8, 2021). Most people I know who have gone to him have gone for only castration, keeping their penis. However, this doctor has offered to upgrade their surgery to a full nullification on the spot, and I'm sure for a higher fee. I would check with Doctor Aguilar in Mexico. (http://mexicotransgendercenter.com/nullification/) The surgery I've seen for nullification from him was very good, and the nullified man has reported satisfaction with the result.

Re: My first nulloversary :)
Thank you very much for your answers, you have helped me super, I just asked for an appointment in Mülheim by mail. And maybe Dr. Davis will also answer. It's kind of crazy to have your testicles removed and not regret this procedure for ten years. For me it is a removal of the testicles and not a castration, because I have not castrated my body, but freed it. Dear T van keel, did you have the surgery done in Germany and did you have to pay for it yourself? I am glad about your answers, and thank you for your time and effort, kind regards Ralph

Yes, my surgery was done in Essen at the Universitätsklinikum. Unfortunately, I had to pay the whole procedure.
