Getting castrated in Uk

Post by AdamWestie (imported) »

I’ve read here that it’s impossible to be legally castrated in Uk without a medical reason such as cancer. I know that that is true if you want it done on the NHS.

But I want it done privately. If I contact somewhere like the London Transgender Clinic, would it be possible to get them to sort out any gender dysphoria bullshit and then do the castration.

Or is the only solution to damage my balls first?

I don’t want to have this done outside the UK

What is your goal in getting castrated ? People will advise you to try being chemically castrated for many months, first, to try out life as a eunuch and see if you like it first. And reverse it if you don t turn out to like your temporary gelding by chemicals.

Then, after you re sure you like being without working balls, start looking for surgical castration.

Damaging your balls can be very risky, depending on how you do that. And it is no guarranttee that you won t get stuck with a half done mess, no full dr castration, and possibly big medical bills, and answering lots of questions about what happened to your balls and why ?

Take it slow and research what will happen to your body after castration before you take that irreversable step of wrecking your gonads or surgery. Good luck.

I’ve done loads of reasearch. I first started trying to destroy my balls when I hit puberty by pushing them back into my groin. One successfully got stuck, but I was operated on to get it freed. Then I twisted my balls and created torsion of the testicles (very painful, don’t advise that you try it) this was followed by a trip to A and E for an emergency operation. I want to be a eunuch because I don’t want to be controlled by them and I see them as something foreign and disgusting that are attached to me. I’m 58, I know what I want, I want them gone. I’m seeing a urologist tomorrow but so far he is not supportive.

Saw urologist today. He point blank refused surgical castration. He said no surgeon in Europe would do the removal of healthy testicles unless you have prostate cancer. Looks like the end of this particular road.

It’s almost as if the medical community are encouraging us to look for diy methods.

It's too late of course, but next time you are at the urologist ask him if it's possible to get a healthy foreskin circumcised. It baffles the mind that urologists don't see the contradiction.

A trip to the US would make this possible. There are many threads on here about who, what, when, where, and how to do that. I've read some threads that there are doctors in Germany that will do it.

As you have found out, DIY is not the way to go. It will cause more dangers and even give you a new title, The Dearly Departed.

Don't give up. It can be done and more and more doctors are recognizing the MtE is as valid as MtF. Some MtEs have pretended to be MtF just to get the castration and then backed away from the rest of the process.

Regarding trying the chemical castration, your goal will depend on that. If you just want your balls gone because you don't like the way they look, then you might want to go on Androgel for testosterone replacement therapy post castration. With the proper dose of Androgel, your male libido and male body fat will remain exactly the same.

If you are looking to get rid of you male sexual thoughts, then a chem castration trial would be appropriate.

You must have really tough balls to survive your past castration attempts and have that urologist say you have healthy balls ! Your past orchiopexy to counter undescended testicle and torsion simulations does not seem to have reduced your balls function and testosterone output even at age 58.

Do you think chemical castration would achieve your goals ?

I was hoping to do it down the surgical route through a proper surgeon

I think if you're going to get to your goal you're going to have to accept you'll have to travel abroad to do so. I'll be blunt, demanding your surgery to have your testicles removed be local, you're simply putting up roadblocks. It's easier today than it's ever been for people who wish to have their genitals removed (in whole or part).

This is not to say I don't understand your desire for it to be local, but let's face it, sometimes you have to sacrifice to get what you want.

The only place I have seen in the UK that does this sort of stuff is a clinic in Wales. Naturally you will probably have to fulfil psychiatric criteria. but other than NHS or expensive Harley street clinics I think this might be as good as it gets. https://www.christianseipp-urology.net/ ... ealth.html
