To my knowledge there is very few women who are truly interested in castration. For every 10 000 man, who has castration fetish, there is may be one woman. Castration is governed by the law and by regulations set out by WPATH. So, really, it's not about supply and demand because, doctors spent quite a long time learning their trade and want to keep their income.

I'm going to be blunt. This service isn't available because it is illegal. As in, what you wish to receive, and how you describe it in your profile is not legally obtainable. I suppose a licensed doctor could do it for you, with an entire harem of women in attendance, but they would get ostracized within their peer group for doing these things for simple fetish reasons. Ultimately, they would lose their income and they've not going to do that so they can fulfill YOUR fantasy, one which should not be fulfilled because when a guy like you cuts his balls off for fetish, the remaining lifetime without balls is likely not going to be enjoyable. You'd then be back to sue the doctor because of your own stupid mistake. A doctor does not need that headache, so you're probably not going to find one who will help you.
