I think I'd only pay if I got to chose the patient who'd be nullified. Only I could dick-tate the layout of the staff and the entire procedure would be designed to end the cocky-ness of the patient.

Since I'm paying, the staff would be hunky chippendale-strippers and the doctor would be Sebastian Kross.

Yeah, the patient might be disappointed if they had preferred an all-female team to remove their staff but, I'd be slicing into my back account to pay the bill.

Well, I am obviously out of step with the other commenters, not unusual for me. Most probably need to educate myself a bit, or a lot.
