Re: Looking for advice on how to shrink penis and lose functionality
Castration is the best solution. Once castrated, erections will stop in less than a month on average and over the next year your penis will shrink considerably. You will lose most, if not all, of your sexual desire. There are a lot of urologists who are more willing to castrate those seeking it today. If you can find a female urologist, from my experience, most are more willing to castrate you if you state that your sexual desires are out of control, that you can't function because of your sexual desires.

For a temporary trial, you might ask for a dorsal nerve block. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3p0qEfISggs

I am always confused by this. Didn't the castrati have a renowned sex life? I have read many times the brain is the main sex organ. Loss of T might make you less interested, and lack of use is associated with loss of size, but if you make the effort to use it you shouldn't loose it. Having been chemically castrated, I definitely lost interest and my penis definitely spent a lot more time flaccid, and that flaccid state felt as though it got smaller over time. Once I stopped the drugs, my penis came back to original. My testicles have definitely reduced in size though, and that seems permanent.

Simple. If you are castrate just don’t use it. After a year of no blood flow it will shrink substantially. Mine lost 3/4th of its size in just three or four months of no use.

One of many falsehoods is that castrated men cannot achieve an erection. Sex drive and the physical ability to achieve an erection are two different things. The deal is, once castrated most (but not all) men loose interest in sex and could care less if their penis never gets hard. However, given the right stimulus a Eunuch is still capable of erections and sex. Check out my blog for proof.

Get a physician to prescribe Calutamide. The sex offenders in Australian prisons shortened their sentences by participating in the drug trials. Warning: you must not have any heart disease, or underlying conditions. As ST would agree, erections are highly overrated. I haven't had one in 5 years, and my last shot of Lupron was in June 2016. A much higher dose is in the works, because the cancer has returned.

Re: Looking for advice on how to shrink penis and lose functionality
Cseriess - Castration almost always reduces one's sex drive by 95% or more in the men who are castrated. Over time the penis shrinks and erections are almost nil. Without high levels of testosterone, you don't think about sex anymore and you stop getting erections. The castrai were no different, despite what's written about them, especially if they were castrated before puberty, as most of them were. Castration before puberty kept the penis tiny and functionless, never growing like a man's. Once castrated estrogen becomes the dominate hormone circulating through your body and it's not good for erections. Estrogen is good for tenderness and feelings and a more emotional psyche. Young women have higher levels of testosterone which makes them somewhat more sexual when their young, as they age the sexuality of most women decreases. So castration makes one a non-sexual person. That's why when sex offenders are given Lupron, their desire wanes and their penises shrink because they stop having erections.

Re: Looking for advice on how to shrink penis and lose functionality
Wait a year and then see if you're capable of getting an erection. Unless your using a testosterone replacement gel, cream, or a patch, you won't be getting any erections after a year. Lot's of men get castrated, realize they don't like it, and start adding testosterone back into their bodies, but if they wait too long, they'll never regain their original size.
