I am very excited ten days and I'll be smooth no sack or balls I've had a couple dreams lately where I'm saying to myself what are you doing are you crazy but as soon as I get up and start moving around my dysphoria kicks in I'm really looking forward to it. I see my endo in a couple of days, my desire is to get on a low dose estrogen and I've been reading about a serum called raloxifene that can help prevent breast growth I want to continue presenting as a male with subtle female changes (softer skin, hips, smell, thinner hair and redistribution of body fat) lets see if that's possible we'll see what she say's. I'll try to continue posting this as I move forward.

castration went good yesterday sure does looks different without a scrotum I'm really glad I did it so far pain is minimal no bleeding or bruising. I'll take it easy for awhile.

Take my advice and go easy for longer than you think you should. If you has a tight scrotectomy the suture line is very vulnerable and can easily open. Mine did and it took months to heal.

How does the reality seem now that you are a true eunuch ? You are still full of your last testosterone for a while. You will experience that leaving your body over time. Keep us posted on your experiences as you live your dream in reality. Thanks for posting on here. You will help answer many men s questions and worries with your experiences.

How is your wound care at this point ? Do you need pain medicine ? Did you get any last minute panic doubts right before surgery ? Were you out cold or watching your surgery ? Its all fresh in your mind now. I bet writing in a journal to yourself would be very interesting reading for you in years to come, seeing what you were thinking now, as a freshly cut eunuch.
