Lowering Testosterone

Post by Hash (imported) »

I had my left testicle removed in Sept. 1997, I had help, and I'm glad I did it. My testosterone dropped from mid 600 down to 225 consistently with several tests over the last few years. Someday I'll get fully castrated, but right now I'm comfortable. However, I thought that I'd try to see if Black Cohosh, Vitex/Chaste Berry would cause my testosterone to drop even further, so about a week before my last testosterone blood test, (which was only 2 days ago), I took a substanial amount of both herbs. (With in safe limits). I certainly felt the effects after the first few days, and my penis seemed to shrink back considerably. What I want to know is if this can drop your testosterone in a short period of time or not, I guess I'll soon find out. Let you know.

P.S. Since my testosterone is already low, I thought the effects of these herbs would be even greater. Right or wrong?

The problems with herbs are allergies, amount you have to take, and costs. It's easy to invest a pile of $$$ every month in them, to attain only minimal effects. That and swallowing a pile of pills every day gets old fast.
