As someone who has the rare experience (at least in general societal terms) of using the services of an unlicensed person and later a licensed surgeon to achieve my nullification (I did it in two parts, 10 years apart), I recommend the surgeon over any other method you might seek. You are taking a no longer needed risk by using the non-medically licensed person at this time. Years ago help wasn't as widely available to achieve this goal, so people resorted to using those unlicensed people, as I did for my castration. I would have preferred the licensed surgeon.
