Where would one get Hypertonic Saline?

Essentially, I want to inject hypertonic saline NaCl 20% intratesticularly, however I have no clue where I can get my hands on such solution.

I do not recommend injecting anything into the testicles. I know three are people who've done so and been fine. However, it can be dangerous and I like @Frida G Cavis suggest better.

Yes actually, I have been on hormone replacement therapy for well over half a year. My reasoning for wanting to get rid of my testicle is that I am not reacting too well to blockers, since then i have been doing progesterone rectally and estradiol enanthate at 20mg as an intramuscular injection into the thigh. So far my T levels have been 54ng/dl, which while is lower it is a tad bit too high for my comfort.

Blockers I have tried,

Spironolactone, lowered my testosterone to castrate levels however I would often puke while on this medication along with sharp pains in my chest.

Bicalutamide, hair started shedding and there was no way to tell whether the medication was working properly, libido also came back temporarily.

Decapeptyl, made me feel at peace with myself but it is too darn expensive for my blood especially as I am relying on cow boy pharmacies to get my supply.

So far, Estradiol monotherapy plus progesterone has been working wonders. As a biological male, i have been made infertile because of radiotherapy. The testicle only serves to prolong my agony, I am wanting it gone and seeing what little alternatives I have, my hand is forced.
