I have been a chemically castrated eunuch for 10 years now. For the last few years, I had been put on testosterone replacement therapy to deal with fatigue, depression and osteopenia (as shown by bone density scan). However, I hate the return of libido, the loss of the eunuch calm, return of facial and body hair, all of which I enjoyed very much. Fortunately, my significant genital shrinkage and clear ejaculate remained, which were my primary reasons for the castration.
I do not really wish to be feminized. So I am not sure if I want to switch from testosterone to estrogen to prevent bone density loss or depression and fatigue.
Any suggestion on what options I have?
My endocrinologist seems very disinterested in my situation.

I'm a bit cofused as to why you are on both chemical castration (which is a drug that blocks testosterone) and also testosterone.
Wouldn't the chem castration defeat testosterone?

Re: Keeping Eunuch Benefits But Avoiding Osteopenia and Depression
The timing was different. I got chemical castration 10 years ago. But now, I start getting osteopenia, depression, fatigue and low energy. So, to stop osteopenia from progressing, especially, my endocrinologist subscribed testosterone replacement.
