I love your blog, Sean!

As far as MtF erections go, I believe it’s a shot/capsule/cream of testosterone during the week of their scheduled shoot. I’m not 100% certain about that, but I believe that came up during a discussion of it once. As far as sexy shemales go, check out Daisy Taylor. ❤️

Actually castration has no direct effect on erections. It simply affects the desire to have one in many men. I get the same level of erections I had before castration (partial due to ED) but not nearly as often and very rarely spontaneous. Once in a blue moon I'll wake up with my partial. However, with enough stimulation I can generally get hard enough for a wank but without the pump and constriction band penetration is virtually impossible. Estrogen killed my modest libido in the first few months back when I did a trial run, but it returned once my body adjusted. Since restarting estradiol I've noticed no change in desire.

So you put your ed down to smoking, not castration? I know my desire for sex, and thus an erection seems to be more a mental thing.

Yes, arteriosclerosis due primarily to smoking but I’m sure also to diet. At least that’s what the medicos say. It started long before I was castrated. Gainswave treatment has helped but I only completed half the recommended course. Castration does not affect ones physical ability to get hard.
