Re: Desertfalcon - Finally a Nullo
I bet it was one hell of a mind trip going from fully intact male and waking a nullo, even when you have been wanting this for a long time and have been preparing yourself for it. Waking up and finding the reality that everything is now gone forever is really real must be shocking at first till it sinks in! A big smile is probably the next reaction:)

Congratulations. I hope you continue to do well with healing and that you are happy with the results.
I have considered the full nullo route. It would take care of removing everything I don't like. My biggest hesitation has to be the public restroom. I like not having to sit on the toilet to pee. It has taken me many years to get to the point where I know it isn't a fetish, but something I need and want.

Hey falcon, I love your detailed, intelligent clarifications. Read your twitter stuff, so good, thanks for the heads up. I look forward to reading about your journey from here on, in particular your stated intention to be as sexually active as ever.
Cheers, congrats and thanks!

You can always look for a woman's pee funnel. Stand up with this positioned over the appropriate orifice and go. Unfortunately the link I have is out-of-date, but a bit of searching will likely find it. There may be a shop where you're at that specifically carries such things for women.

Answers to your questions, along with a couple of updates!
It was all at once. Castration, penectomy, nerve saving, urethral reroute, and silicone removal in one procedure. Maybe if I'd started younger I'd have done a eunuch phase before going nullo, but I didn't want to wait any longer. (Yes, I realize that at 32 I'm still on the young side for this!). Going into a surgical center one morning as a fully intact male and waking up a nullo in a recovery room is a hell of a mind trip.
Re: healing. There was a lot of bruising and excess swelling (vs typical nullification surgery) because of my previous silicone injection--silicone creates a lot of scar tissue, that's how it gets the meaty hefty effect on the ball sac. I'm on day 11 now. As for the urethra mine is open and I'm peeing out of it just fine. I'm starting to feel well enough down there to *very gingerly* start to touch the area and see how it feels flat. It feels so wonderful to be flat. I'm getting better and stronger each day, but I still have a ways to go.
Re: Davis, his surgery work is top notch. Results are neat, clean, low scarring, he offers a nerve saving option to have a "fun zone" if you want, and he can do it all at once for a really reasonable price. He really pays attention to how it will look afterwards and to save the sensation that he can. He's never had a patient get a urethral stricture and he's done at least a dozen nullification surgeries now. He does good enough work that hopefully I won't need to have a revision later. And his bedside manner is great, he's really good at explaining what the procedure is, what he does, what your options are, and keeping it light and feeling natural; I was really nervous during my consults and he made me feel like what I was doing was the most natural thing in the world for me. His office staff are well meaning, but disorganized. You just have to price that in. Also, FYI, he basically doesn't give out info responding to queries--you need to have a formal consultation and establish a Dr-Patient relationship before he will talk. It's worth doing the consult early if you're curious.
Congratulations - hope that everything works well for you. Wish I could get the same.

I bought one of those ahead of my nullification five years ago. I tried it a couple times and it failed miserably. I think the issue is the position of the rerouted urethral opening on nullos which is most often not far forward of the anus. A woman has a urethral opening which is much higher so it's easier to get gravity to do it's job with the funnel with how it logically places against the crotch.
