Because, among other things, Jim, this forum is about sharing information. Some of us do, some don't. Expect questions, some of them seemingly odd, from any direction. Doesn't mean you have to answer, of course, but questions are perfectly legit.

Some of us would be interested in the cost of a penectomy done by an underground cutter followed by a visit to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room, as opposed to the costs of having it done in Thailand.

There are probably quite a few men, in the EA and elsewhere, who would be interested in a penectomy if it were affordable and available.

the question regarding the visit to the er is irrelevant. it was an unexpected mis-calculation that caused it and nothing more. a better question then the cost of the ER visit which is the type of question that has kept me off of here for 6 years, is the question as to why I had to go to the ER. That was because of a mis calculation in placement of the banding of the nuts during the castration. it was covered by medicare thank God. But, that was not anyones fault. When the banding is too close to the groin it shuts off the circulation on both sides of the banding which could have caused gangrene eventually. Luckily it did'nt and all was well. Six months later the cutter contacted me andasked if I needed help with the penectomy. The cutter charged nothing. I supplied the necessary items for anesthetic and most everything else. They supplied the skill and expertise to accomplish it perfectly. The healing of the penectomy was 30 days to the day.

Please be sensitive to the fact that I'm asked the questions hundreds of times a month. I would appreciate not being asked questions that lead to 10,000 useless and inconsequential questions. That is precisely why I've stayed off of eunuch org. it happened before and I hoped in this day of more knowledge that the questions would be a little more thought out.

Cost should not be an issue that would cause anyone any distress. If its too expensive at a clinic its certainly not going to be too expensive at the hand of a non-clinician. If it sounds like its too much money that only leaves one choices. The people that helped me did it from their heart knowing that the only other alternative I had was to relieve myself of my genitals and that was't even an option.
