Btw, I met with Dr Marc Arknoff in a burb just outside of Detroit. http://www.myorchie.com/ He and his staff are very professional and legit performing the surgery in a hospital next to his office. He normal work is urological conditions with a packed office but does orchietomies as a very successful side offering without questions.
