Left testicle much softer

After over 20 years of ball busting and various incidents of needle play, my left testicle seemingly is irreversibly damaged now. My wife has been squeezing my balls during sex for years and has done it harder and harder. The past couple times she has commented how much softer my left testicle is than my right, and I have noticed as well. She is able to fully touch her fingers together easily while squeezing it and I’ve noticed less pain while she has done it than with the right one. I’m wondering if this is treatable or not. Honestly, I don’t really mind if it isn’t as I have planned for the possibly of eventually losing one, but I thought it would be something that just happened and not atrophy. Has this happened to anyone else?

Mens balls are tougher and able to heal up more than you d think. Time will tell if it is left alone to heal. If you keep busting it, the outer shell will get softer and not heal up. It might be a busted outer shell or it might be shrinking in atrophy. Measuring your balls is the best way to keep track and compare over time. Also measuring the volume of your semen over time helps keep track of your semen output. But most of your semen volume comes from your prostate and seminal vesicles glands near your bladder.

Are you planning on sacrificing your left ball and keeping your right ball to do the work of 2 balls ?

Thank you for your reply. I’m not sure if you’re referring to the Tunica Vaginalis or the Tunica Albuginea with the ‘outer shell’ part. Either way, I don’t think either are broken, or the testicle would already basically be gone. She has a major fantasy about breaking one of them with her bare hands or her teeth. We have a cover story already in place in case this happens and a speed dial and run to the ER. This hasn’t actually really felt possible though until recently. I will leave it alone for a week and see if that helps it recover back to most of its former size, shape and firmness.

Your Tunica Albuginea is the thicker outer body of each testicle. I m not a dr, just an interested amateur observer. But I m guessing that you have a combination of things going on inside your softer left testicle. First your tough outer Tunica Albuginea is like a car tire. It is strong and durable tissue, your strong outer nut shell. But like a strong and firm new tire, it can be weakened and distorted by hard use or pressures. Imagine a hard new car tire that gets 20 years of ball busting use by its owner. Over time the tire s hard rubber shell would soften and weaken with squeezing and crushing and being distorted by busting fun. Eventually, it would get softer sidewalls and tread. The tire would start to bulge and distort under the car s weight and ball busting squeezing into a softer and mishaped tire. I m guessing that is what your left balls outer shell is doing. Your firm tire is getting softer.

Inside all that squeezing and needle play is compacting and moving around and cutting needle punctures through the countless delicate networks of inner tubing and drainage passages that collect your sperm hatching out throughout your testicles inner tissues and gathering them into your epididymis for maturing, storage, and waiting to be ejaculated during orgasm. These tiny tubles are tender and protected by your tough outer Tunica Albuginea shell. Once your outer shell gets softer this allows squeezing and crushing and moving around of the deep inner tubing that make up your testicle s interior mass. With ongoing moving around and crushing, those interior structures turn to soft pulp. Your inner left ball is probably like bread dough or the inside of an orange or grapefruit that is now beaten into soft, pliable mush or soft pulp. If your right ball has taken ball busting and needles already, then he may be functioning at less than 100 % efficiency also. Or your right ball might be healthy and high functioning. Without unbusted balls to compare your well busted balls to, you can t know what level of functioning and sperm and testosterone production your balls would have today if they were never busted or needled for 20 years.

Plan on decreased function of your busted balls now and in the future. Your balls might degenerate faster as you age and produce less output than unbusted balls. You might develop chronic ball pain and or early atrophy into shrinking dead balls over time.

You are at prime impregnating age now. If you want more kids, you might want to have them sooner or bank and freeze some of your semen now, in case your fertility and sperm quality declines in one or both balls now or in the future.

A ruptured testicle Tunica Albuginea would be likely to hurt terribly and distort the outer shell of your testicle. With inner tubules spilling out of the opening in your ball s shell.

Busting to a soft outer nut shell might make popping less likely. A soft outer shell can stretch and distort to react to crushing pressure from your wife s hands or teeth. A firm new hard shelled ball would be more likely to suddenly fail with a pop type of rupture. A soft tire is more likely to get slow leaks or tear open with a less dramatic pop.

You might want to buy a burdizzo and practice with it not fully clamped shut on your left ball s spermatic cord so that if your wife suddenly ruptures your left ball shell and if any bleeding is massive, you could clamp off the veins and arteries leading to your left ball with the burdizzo clamp high up your scrotum, for your trip to the emergency room.

I’ll tell you what, I thought I had finally lost the left one last night, and we were prepared to go to the ER, but it feels like it is still hanging on and there and hasn’t swelled up too bad. After a particularly intense session of her grinding it with her fingers and sucking/biting it, it literally felt like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. It did eventually regain some solid feeling but I thought it had gone, I just was surprised as I never felt anything ‘give’ suddenly, the pain just slowly ratcheted up until it was unbearable for about 20 minutes. An ice pack helped and now it feels mostly back to the ‘normal’ that it has been the past two months. At this point, I think it’s just a matter of time. We will probably hold off on busting again for another couple weeks and see if it ever heals up or if it’s just time to figure out a grand finale.

I have abused my balls for decades, and the ONLY things that seem to have inflicted lasting damage are alcohol injections, and EXTREMELY heavy needle play. It really is amazing how resilient our bodies are!
