Its now 3 years since my penectomy in the US. Only 3 years but it feels like it was always like this. The adjustment after the penectomy was strange at first but now it just feels natural. Would I do it again? Yes.
The only thing that I find very difficult is not gaining even more weight (I take no Testosterone). I bought a home trainer hoping I would do more exercise. Absolutely necessary...

Three years, wow! Glad you're happy. Congrats! I will be celebrating five years without a penis on June 12th, hard to believe.

Its now 3 years............
First of all many congrats on celebrating three years. And exercise does wonders for not gaining weight. The first year and a half after my surgery I had a lot of exercise sailing a blue water boat with no engine whatsoever. The amount of exercise I got simply keeping the boat going around the world I am certain kept me from gaining weight. I never took "T". After that first your and a half I did however note a drop in my energy, stamina and strength. Decided it was a lack of hormones. But I replaced them with "E". Even with that I didn't notice weight gain. So my diet perhaps had a lot to do with that issue. We are after all what we put into our bodies. If you're not taking any replacement hormones you may want to take a closer look at your diet together with exercise. Or maybe you bought the exercise equipment and either haven't used it or found the correct use for it. Talk to some trainers in your area and you may find a solution.
And again, CONGRATULATIONS! It seems that each passing year I have found even greater satisfaction of my choice to have it all removed.
