My situation was almost identical with yours and I had my Orchi 3 years ago.

Our marriage and sex life has improved so much, we should have done it 10 years earlier when we were done with replicating.

I hope you find your way!

So happy for you.

Something to consider when thinking about solutions. Women want to feel desired and pursued. Just having an erection for them or phallus most likely won’t fulfill her needs. With no libido, sex can be a lot of work and going down on her may even seem kinda gross if you have no libido. You are in a tricky position for sure.

I've found the perfect solution for me. CaCl2 injections lowered my T to ~130 ng/dl, enough to remove most of my sex drive and desire to masturbate, but I can get an erection if I care to. I still have a little testicular function. My wife and I don't have sex any longer because neither of us wants it, but we're happier than ever.

I'm happy to hear that it's working out for you. Quite inspiring. :)

From what I have read, doesn't CaCL2 keep working? It keeps slowly pickling the surroundings it was injected into? I am sure it must run out of efficacy at some point, but it can be slow acting?
