Hey, firstly, if this is in the wrong place feel free to redirect me to a more appropriate location. I'm 25 and am trans. Pre-everything for reasons that will be explained later. My purpose here is to ask for advice pertaning to my situation and my plans for testicular removal.

I'd like to begin by saying that I almost feel starstruck. I've read about Riverwind and Talula for ages. Just recently I was reading a blog post where Talula interviewed Riverwind that I think was dated 2004. Somehow none of my searching for groups related to castration has led to EA but I saw both of them on a thread recently which is amazing to me. I normally assume that 2004 accounts and such wouldn't be active so my brain is just fried to see people who I've read about be, well, real.

I know that the general wisdom is to never attempt to do a job yourself but my situation prevents anything else. I'm in the unfortunate situation of of living with my parents for several reasons. They are also still my guardians legally despite my age due to court order. I've been diagnosed with treatment-resistant-depression and autism so they are still legally in control of my finances and me. The Ross that I work(ed) at has been closed for quarantine and I've no news of going back so I figured now would be a good time to do my own attempt.

Due to their control of my bank account I am not able to purchase anything such as an Elastrator or Burdizzo. My parents are kind in some ways but are deeply conservative and deeply christian so hopes of getting something done legitimately is little to none. I plan to wrap two very strong rubber bands around the top part of the scrotum and twist them so each one is wrapped multiple times. I have done this before for duration of about 15 minutes and all three times the testes went cold and it was highly painful. This time I plan to do it before going to bed so I will (hopefully) fall asleep and not have to deal with most of the pain. Due to past suicide attempts I can't have knives or the like on me so I may have to wait for them to die but if I can I will attempt to get a knife and cut the sack off after a day or two. Probably two just to be safe. Maybe three or four. I'd hope to have dry gangrene set in and then cut it off as I feel that that is the safest bet.

If anyone here has any advice or things of that nature I will gladly accept them. I am aware that this is most likely not a wise adventure and all of the information that I have read about cutters and home-jobs has been terrifying. Regardless it is a daily plague upon my mind and I would do near anything to rid myself of it. Minimal pain is preferable though I am aware that there is but one golden bullet in this field and that finding a doctor is not something that I will be able to obtain.

Welcome home, you are in the right place.

I am going to tell you what you already know. Attempting to castrate yourself is a very bad idea. Sorry, I know you did not want to hear that.

Even so, stick around, read, learn and get to know people. Most importantly, remember that the fiction section is exactly that, fiction - fun to read a rarely medically accurate.

I know you'll be do not disturb for a bit and that is fine, just keep us informed.

First of all - welcome.

Second advice - don't do it. If you are trans - removal of scrotum this way will cause problems with further surgery if/when you get it. And also - well, burdizzo doesn't work on humans, or at least is very hard to apply properly alone. Elastrator/bands/etc - do you have backup plans when things go wrong? Because they will go wrong.

There are possibilities of band slipping off, after you cut the balls - so blood loss, and internal bleeding, due to testicular cords slipping in. And this is not the only thing that can go wrong.

Eu estou passando por essa experiência agora. No dia 04 de Abril de 2020 eu usei anestesia veterinária para anestesiar meus testículos. Abri o saco escrotal com um estilete e tentei cortar as duas bolas fora. Contudo, a hemorragia fugiu do controle. Usei minha última carta na manga: Com os testículos expostos do lado de fora do saco escrotal, amarrei muito apertado o cordão espermático dos dois testículos com um fio de nylon. Depois injetei álcool absoluto nos dois. O fio de nylon ajudou a conter a hemorragia e impediu que o álcool fosse absorvido pelo meu corpo, o que poderia me levar a entrar em coma. Minha intenção era: se eu não consegui tirar os testículos sozinho, então iria causar um dano muito grave provocando a morte dos testículos. Andei de táxi motocicleta, mais 2 horas de ônibus. Procurei ajuda em 2 hospitais. Tive hemorragia das 09:00 horas da manhã até quase as 07:00 horas da noite. Até que fosse atendido por um médico. O médico queria costurar de volta. Eu me recusei. Ele insistiu, mas eu preferia morrer. Então ele retirou os dois testículos numa cama do hospital, nem me levou pro centro cirúrgico.

Tive complicações. Tomei antibióticos e usei fraldas descartáveis por 3 semanas. Ainda não cicatrizou completamente. Falta retirar os pontos da sutura.

Será uma luta muito difícil conseguir retirar o pênis, mas manter a glande(cabeça do pênis) e os nervos do pênis para manter a sensibilidade sexual e a capacidade de atingir o orgasmo.

Como você pode perceber, é tudo muito perigoso. Eu sou uma pessoa muito forte, mas a gente sofre muito e pode perder a vida. Tome muito cuidado.

I am going through this experience now. On April 4th, 2020 I used veterinary anesthesia to anesthetize my testicles. I opened the scrotum with a stylus and tried to cut the two balls out. However, the bleeding got out of control. I used my last card on my sleeve: With my testicles exposed outside the scrotum, I tied the spermatic cord of both testicles very tightly with a nylon thread. Then I injected them with absolute alcohol. The nylon thread helped to stop the bleeding and prevent alcohol from being absorbed by my body, which could lead me into a coma. My intention was: if I could not remove the testicles on my own, then it would cause very serious damage causing the testicles to die. I rode a motorcycle taxi, plus 2 hours by bus. I sought help in 2 hospitals. I had hemorrhage from 09:00 in the morning until almost 07:00 in the evening. Until he was seen by a doctor. The doctor wanted to sew it back. I refused. He insisted, but I would rather die. So he removed both testicles on a hospital bed, nor did he take me to the operating room.

I had complications. I took antibiotics and used disposable diapers for 3 weeks. It hasn't completely healed yet. The stitches remain to be removed.

It will be a very difficult struggle to get the penis out, but keep the glans (head of the penis) and the nerves of the penis to maintain sexual sensitivity and the ability to reach orgasm.

As you can see, everything is very dangerous. I am a very strong person, but we suffer a lot and can lose our lives. Be very careful.

All of the responses have helped to confirm what all of my reading has said, "this is a bad, bad idea". Regardless I think that I will still continue for the simple reason that my only other option is to wait till my parents pass for any sort of results. @fhunter I actually have a hospital less than 3 minutes from my house, I do truly hope that it doesn't come to a point where that is required but if needs be it is there. Also, while your first point about future damage is completely valid and I thank you for it, (and I do plan on getting a penectonomy and having srs.) As ace there are different surgeries that are surface level and have no penetrable area that require much less tissue. I still plan on continuing though I do wish to assuage any concern anyone may have. I'll probably commit at some point in the next few nights. I will search for articles relating to the returning of circulation to areas that have been deprived in the off chance (hah, optimism is important) that things do turn out poorly how it will go to remove bands without any cuts. Regardless I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on how things go.
