Unable to get in chat site
I am unable to get into the chat site. Is it still working? Also, I cannot access the forums from my laptop, I can only access it from my iPad. If I try to log in with a laptop, it just goes back to the login screen after displaying an error. I tried using several different browsers.

Regarding the laptop, it is on your computer for the problem. No one else experiences such a problem here.
The personals requires a separate log in / registry. Not sure if the chat requires a separate start up -- I haven't used it in years.

Chat is separate, you do not need to register for it.
You can try https://eamain.hopto.org/~kiwiirc/ (this is temporary URL that is still under testing, and it can be changed), or https://eamain.hopto.org/chat/
If one of them works - you have problem with the flash client. If it doesn't - I guess it is a problem with chat server's ISP
